Yes. Our resin creations are individually handcrafted rather than mass-produced. Because of the handmade process, slight variations in colour, patterns, flower placement and finish may occur — and are part of what makes each piece unique.

We'd love to hear your idea. If you have a particular colour palette, theme, occasion or completely original concept in mind, share it with us. We'll let you know whether it can be created in resin and discuss the design with you before proceeding.

Yes. Selected keepsakes can incorporate photographs to turn special memories into decorative pieces. We'll guide you on image quality, size and design requirements before your customised piece is created.

Selected flowers and sentimental materials may be suitable for preservation in resin. Because different flowers and materials behave differently during preservation, please contact us before sending anything. We'll first assess whether the material is suitable for your proposed creation.

Every customised piece is made individually, so production time depends on its size, design and level of personalisation. We'll communicate the expected preparation timeline before confirming your custom order.

Yes. We welcome enquiries for corporate gifting, employee gifts, client appreciation, festive gifting and other bulk requirements. Customisation may include names, messages, colours and selected branding elements depending on the product and quantity.

Handle your piece with care and clean it gently using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, prolonged direct sunlight and unnecessary exposure to high heat. Product-specific care instructions may also be provided where required.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel and share clear photographs or video of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Damage, Return & Refund Policy.

Because personalised pieces are created specifically for an individual customer, their return or exchange conditions may differ from standard products. Please review our applicable Return & Refund Policy before ordering. This does not affect remedies available where goods are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Depending on the payment service enabled on our website, these may include UPI, cards, net banking and other supported online payment methods.

You can reach us through the Contact page or the contact options provided on our website. For an existing order, please include your order number so we can assist you more quickly.
