Where We Deliver

SS Luxury Studio delivers across India to serviceable pin codes.

Delivery availability may depend on the destination and the serviceability of our shipping partners.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders across India. There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free standard delivery.

Any exceptional delivery service requested by the customer, where available, may carry an additional charge which will be communicated before confirmation.

Ready-Made Creations

Products that are ready for dispatch are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

As many of our creations are handcrafted, we carefully inspect and securely pack each piece before dispatch.

Personalised & Custom Creations

Personalised and made-to-order pieces require additional preparation time because they are individually created for you.

These orders are generally dispatched within 5–10 working days, depending on the design, level of personalisation and complexity of the creation.

If a particular creation requires additional time, we will endeavour to communicate this with you.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders will typically reach you within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for remote locations or because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, shipping or tracking information will be shared after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the courier partner's system.

Delivery Address

Please check your name, complete delivery address, pin code and contact number carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the change if the order has not already been dispatched.

Delays in Delivery

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, remote-area serviceability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order appears unusually delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you with the available shipment information.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

We take care to inspect and securely package our creations before dispatch.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain the product and packaging and provide clear photographs or other reasonable information so that we can review the issue and assist you.
